2. Payment Terms

• —Remaining balance must be paid upon completion or milestone
• —Payments made are non-refundable once work has started

3. Project Timeline

Timelines are estimates and depend on:

• —Client responsiveness
• —Content delivery
• —Approval speed

Delays from the client may result in extended timelines.

4. Revisions

• —Revisions are limited and defined per project scope
• —Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra charges

5. Ownership

• —Full ownership of the website is transferred only after full payment is received
• —I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• —Provide accurate content and materials
• —Respond in a timely manner
• —Ensure they have rights to any provided assets

7. Maintenance

Unless explicitly stated, ongoing maintenance and updates are not included.

8. Termination

I reserve the right to terminate services if:

• —Client becomes unresponsive
• —Terms are breached
